Real Time Evaluation (RTE) is the next generation of technology for human services.

RTE yields useful service intelligence gleaned from hundreds of cases of successful clients that have obtained help, and departed, no longer needing that help.

RTE tells practitioners what the probability of success with each new client can be, by comparing them with successful clients that have departed from service. It tells them what the typical pathway to success was: how many interventions, in what order, with what frequency, with what duration, and to what end, enabled success. RTE tells them what progress they are making with their clients, as they provide help, by comparison with hundreds of similar cases before them.
